Bagna cauda – a traditional Piemontese dish from Massimo’s home region, served fondue style –  made of anchovies, butter, garlic, olive oil & cream, served with roasted/steamed veg to dip

Free range chicken breast stuffed with Italian garlic sausage, parmesan & peas, served with boulangere potatoes and green beans

Desserts

Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce & vanilla ice-cream

Bread & butter pudding with fresh custar

(add a glass of D’Aria ‘Lullaby’ dessert wine)

Death by chocolate cheesecake  – add a glass of ‘strawberry’ wine from Piemonte  (believe me it works really well with the chocolate!)
