- Choose a half or full portion
- Ask for long or short pasta
- Real Italian parmesan cheese is grated on all none fish pasta dishes, as is the norm in Italy
- Extra freshly grated parmesan 10
- We only use De Cecco (bronze drawn pasta from Italy *)
- Wheat free pasta (will take a few minutes longer) add 5
- We use Green Home biodegradable products for our doggy bags to help protect the environment & to reduce waste Doggy bag – each 2

* Bronze drawing is a special process through which the pasta takes its shape, giving it a porosity which makes the sauce cling to the pasta. This is a special feature of De Cecco pasta, which few pasta makers adopt.
