FARINATA WHEAT/GLUTEN FREE
During our long stay in Genova we learned about Farinata, a chick pea flour thin focaccia, so we bought 3 copper pans and we started baking our own version.
Farinata is the ideal base for wheat/gluten free pizzas. It is also so tasty that we added it to our Spuntini menu
We are going Swiss! The famous Cheese Raclette is now available for group from 2 up to 10 friends.
