GNOCCHI From now every pasta dish in our menu is also available as potato gnocchi FARINATA WHEAT/GLUTEN FREE During our long stay in Genova we learned about Farinata, a chick pea flour thin focaccia, so we bought 3 copper pans and we started baking our own version.

100 days milestone

He saw his doctor yesterday and she wants to remove the catheter next week, which means he doesn’t need any more IV treatments.
