Food: You'd be hard-pressed to find more authentic pizza in the Mother City.
Italian chef-owner Massimo Orione churns out deliciously thin, crusty pizzas laden with inspired toppings such as duck, chorizo, the popular pear and gorgonzola, and pizza bianca with smoked cheese.
Even plain margherita receives the gourmet treatment with hand-torn mozzarella and a perfect tomato base.
If you are feeling adventorous, ditch a la carte ordering and opt for the Full Italian Experience - it's platter upon platter of delicious pizza.
Wine: a decent selection of middle to top of the range local wines, with some nice options by the glass - perfectly suited for the simple Italian fare on offer.
Service: friendly and hands-on, with Massimo's wife, Tracy, overseeing the serving of each and every pizza.
Ambience: a slightly makeshift affair as the venue houses child-friendly Scarecrows deli by day, with furniture rearranged for pizza feasting at night.
and... Tracy's decadent tiramisu goes down really well with a glass of homemade Limoncello.

Massimo and Tracy's "club" operates evenings in a space that's a small deli daytimes. The environs are plain but warm owner welcome, communal seating and unusual style of service make the evening festive indeed.
While you can order pizza from the menu, you are encouraged to relax for the "feast" whereby waves of seasonal and chef's choice pizza is brought to you.
Also the option of a "Full Italian Experience" menu with other traditional dishes added.
Quality of pizza is very good (possibly best in Cape), as is the house limoncello. Lots of space/activities for kids.
